1. Orders
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation (for COD).
- Customers must provide correct delivery details and contact number.
- We may contact you to confirm design, message, or availability before preparing the cake.
- Same-day delivery depends on time slot availability.
2. Custom Cakes
- Design reference images are used for guidance only; final cake appearance may slightly vary.
- Color shades, decorations, and toppings depend on availability.
- Once preparation begins, the order cannot be modified.
3. Delivery Policy
- Delivery will be attempted once at the provided address.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be marked delivered.
- Delay due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances does not qualify for cancellation.
- Midnight and timed deliveries are approximate (±30–60 minutes).
4. Pricing
- All prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of tax as applicable.
- Eggless option charges may apply.
- Delivery charges may vary based on location.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.
Typical preparation starts:
- Same-day orders: immediately
- Advance orders: 6 hours before delivery time
After preparation starts, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Quality & Storage Responsibility
- Cakes must be stored in refrigeration after delivery.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
7. Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Recipient unavailability
- Minor design variations
- Delays beyond operational control

All images, logo, and content belong to Cake C Bakers and may not be reused without permission.
