We aim to deliver fresh and high-quality cakes.
Due to the perishable nature of products, refunds are limited and handled carefully.
1. Eligible for Replacement or Refund
You may request support within 2 hours of delivery if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Cake damaged during delivery
- Cake spoiled or not consumable
- Major difference from confirmed order
Photo proof is required.
2. Replacement Policy
If issue is valid, we will:
- Replace the cake OR
- Offer store credit OR
- Provide partial/full refund (decision based on issue severity)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor design or color variation
- Taste preference
- Slight delay in delivery
- Incorrect address provided
- Product already consumed
4. Cancellation Refund
- Cancel before preparation → 100% refund
- After preparation starts → No refund
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3-7 business days to original payment method.
